Use of this website

  • Portfolio screenshots and client names are shown to present our work; the respective websites and trademarks belong to their owners.

Quotes and payments

  • Every project starts with a written quote describing the scope, price and timeline.
  • An advance payment is required before work begins; the balance is due before the website is made live or handed over, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and charged separately.

Client responsibilities

  • You provide the text, images, logos and other material for your website, and confirm you have the right to use them.
  • Delays in providing content or feedback can extend the project timeline.

Domain, hosting and third-party services

Domains, hosting, email and other third-party services are subject to the terms of their providers. Renewal of these services is the client's responsibility unless included in a written maintenance plan.

Ownership

After full payment, the client owns the final website design and content created specifically for them. We may show the completed project in our portfolio unless the client asks us not to.

SEO and results

Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control. We follow ethical SEO practices but do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales.

Support and changes

Minor corrections reported shortly after launch are fixed free of charge. Later changes, new features and ongoing maintenance are charged as agreed.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of business or data arising from the use of the website or services, including issues caused by hosting providers, third-party plugins or services, or changes made by others.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chittorgarh, Rajasthan.
